• Concentrate on performance - the circuit design and parts quality are the quality you'd expect to find in high end brands at twice and three times the price. We spent the money on engineering and world-class internal components. We left out the bells 'n whistles.
  
  
• Don't try to please everybody - if you absolutely must have a remote control, a meter, a tape monitor that will let you listen to one input while recording another, or a pedigree, then the Panache is not for you.
  
  
• Sell direct - by selling direct to audiophiles (this applies to the US market only), we eliminate an entire level of expense. And we offer a 60 day (yes, 60, not 30) risk-free trial to allow customers to make an informed choice.
  
  
• Keep marketing costs to a minimum - while we do advertise on the web and the occasional magazine, you won't find us with a million dollar ad budget. If you like our product as much as we hope you will, we hope you'll tell a friend.
