Your Portal Audio^TM amplifier was manufactured to give you many years of trouble-free service. Portal Audio Inc. warrants this unit to be free of manufacturing defects and to perform according to specifications for a period of three years after initial retail sale. This warranty applies to the original owner and is transferable to subsequent owners.

Any such failure of this product will be corrected by Portal Audio Inc. without charge for parts or labor. Portal Audio Inc. will make the final decision as to the validity of any warranty claim and may repair or replace any defective part or product at its discretion. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges associated with warranty and/or repair services.

The following are specifically excluded from above coverage:

• Any unit that is not operated in accordance with the instructions contained in this Operating Manual.
  
• Any unit that has been damaged by accident, neglect, abuse or modification (without written authorization from Portal Audio Inc.)
  
• Consequential damage of any nature.
  
• Any unit undergoing performance testing by any facility, organization and/or individuals not authorized by Portal Audio Inc.
  
• Any unit whose serial number has been altered or removed.
  
  

This warranty shall be voided in the event that the purchaser or any user alters, modifies or tampers with the unit or uses it for any purpose other than that for which it was intended.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
